The advertisement depicts the words Shocking" and "Schiaparelli" rendered as sky writing and with two winged putti embracing and bound at the feet with a fabric tie. The signature torso-shaped Dali-designed bottle with a pink fur below. Schiaparelli used this rendering for European and American advertising campaigns in the early 1950s.
